BlueAppleU language school has an unusual name. As you know a red apple is often given to a teacher that is appreciated by his or her students. We at BlueAppleU have exceptional teachers. So like the Cordon Bleu is given to the best of Chefs and a Blue Ribbon is given to the best of athletes so our teachers are recognized as Blue Apple professors. They have three qualities that are essential to being exceptional teachers.

Fundamental knowledge
First, the fundamental knowledge that teachers must possess is the pedagogical skill to teach a second language. This is a rare quality. People know how to teach a first language but teaching a second language is a complex and very demanding process. Our teachers have acquired this knowledge by taking specialized courses. After two hours with a qualified teacher, students readily see the difference.

Experience
Secondly, businesses want teachers with experience. Our teachers have a minimum of five years teaching experience. They are not learning on the job while teaching you or your employees. They know what has to be done and how best to do it. Experience added to a pedagogically qualified teacher is priceless.

Dynamic and motivating
Last but not least, BlueApple Inc. teachers are dynamic and motivating. For us, qualifications and experience are not enough. Our teachers are able to motivate the student to give his best to progress. Learning a language is more demanding than learning to play an instrument but the key to success in both instances is practice, practice and more practice. If a person can master approximately 6000 words, he will be able to express his thoughts clearly. That is the challenge and that is why motivation is fundamental for success.

Motivational psychology
We encourage our teachers to use the science of motivational psychology when teaching a language. There are three aspects to motivating a student, and our teachers and clients can access that information on our video entitled "Mountain-Moving Motivation." Simple principles are applied to maximize language-learning results in private and small group courses. The dynamics in the classes as well as the results are attested to over and over again when students make comments such as, "Don't tell me the course is finished already!" Imagine students studying a language and not wanting the course to end. There are also those students who comment to other staff members, prior to the course, that they are anxious for their language classes to begin. Though this is considered inconceivable, it is the norm at BlueApple Inc. Effective learning is not only accomplished when one is ready intellectually, but he must be ready emotionally and have the desire to learn as well.
